Terms And Conditions

Term

The Client agrees to retain Help me get HIRED (the “Consultant”), and the Consultant agrees to serve the Client, subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

Scope of Services

During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall render advisory and consulting services to the Client as reasonably requested by the Client in connection with this Agreement.  The Consultant will provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for the performance of work, in order to assist the Client in obtaining a full time job position.

Late Payment Charges

The Client agrees that for all amounts not paid by the due date, for any reason, the Consultant may charge, and Client agrees to pay, a late payment fee of $15.  Additionally, Client agrees to reimburse Consultant for the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, Consultant incurs in such collection efforts.

Non-Disclosure

The Consultant agrees not to divulge to third parties, without written consent of the Client, any personal information that relates to the Client obtained in connection with performance of this Agreement.

The Client agrees not to divulge to third parties, without written consent of the Consultant, any information that relates to the technical or business activities of the Consultant obtained in connection with performance of the service.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute between the Client and the Consultant regarding this Agreement will be settled under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association by mediation and if not resolved, by arbitration of the last offered mediation positions.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement and any attachments signed by both parties constitute the entire Agreement between buyer and seller and supersede any prior discussions, negotiations, and Agreements between the parties.  Neither the Consultant nor the Client shall be bound by any understanding, Agreement, promise, or representation either expressed or implied, that is not specified in this Agreement or signed attachments.
